Metallica expands tour to South America with Greta Van Fleet
Metallica will bring their WorldWired stadium tour to South America for six headlining shows next year.
The tour begins April 15 in Santiago, Chili next year featuring special guests Greta Van Fleet.
According to Billboard’s Boxscore data, the summer 2019 leg of their tour grossed more than $70 million from 13 shows. The highest-earning date ($8,194,075) was in Meath, Ireland with a crowd of over 71,000. The second-biggest concert ($6,745,329) was in Berlin, Germany where they performed for 68,452 fans.
