Wayne Manring of Spring, TX joined the Real Rock Army today!
Wayne began listening to KSHE in 1967. When he lived in Cahokia, IL, his friend, Frank, and himself would occasionally go to your old station in Crestwood and talk to Mark Klose through the side window when they had the opportunity. He would usually hook them up with free movie tickets and sell us some great tickets for upcoming concerts. He invited Mark to attend his brother’s wedding reception and he actually came and danced with my wife and others

Wayne married his wife, Sandra, on May 08, 1971. He immediately went into the Air Force and was stationed at Homestead AFB, Florida. When he separated from the military, he returned to his former job at the Automotive Club of Missouri’s Vehicle Diagnostic Clinic in St. Louis
Wayne later worked for Sun Electric Corporation as a Field Service Technician. In 1991 the company promoted him to Regional Service Manager and transferred him to the Houston, Texas area
Wayne has two married grown children, Ian and Kerensa, who still remember listening to KSHE before they moved to Texas
