Richard Enskat II of Belleville, IL became a Real Rock Hero in the Real Rock Army today!
Richard was in the US Navy (Torpedoman’s Mate – 2nd Class/SS) for 4 years and US Marine Corps (Master Sergeant – E-8 – Communications and Operations Chief) for 26 years. He is now retired
Richard provided 30 years of his life to this country and he does not regret it one bit and would do it all over again if called upon
Richard likes the respect that KSHE gives to it’s Veterans and First Responders, not only in times of crisis or during certain months, but that they do it all year long and that’s why his respect for this station will never end
Richard says the KSHE Morning Rock Show keeps him entertained at work, through out the day and at night
Richard says that all the DJ’s do amazing jobs and seem very personable
Richard started listening to KSHE during the Monday Night Metal era with Radical Rich and he has not stopped listening since
Richard says KSHE has kept him entertained overseas for the many years he served and kept me from being home sick
Richard currently is working private security in the St. Louis area
Richard has been married 30 years and they have 2 boys and 5 grand kids, with one on the way
Richard loves to listen to KSHE while doing yard work and enjoys St. Louis Blues hockey
