About Kim:

Kim remembers first listening to KSHE in the late 70s/early 80s when the “big boys” on the school bus blasted it on their portable radios! Since then, she’s been a daily listener!

Kim is a mom of two beautiful, intelligent daughters! When her girls were little, she’d always quiz them on KSHE artists and they were really good at picking out Ozzy, AC/DC, and ZZ Top!

KSHE has been the soundtrack to Kim’s life – from the quiet little girl on the school bus hearing KSHE for the first time, to being a teenager driving around with friends, to being a mom, to cleaning house and cooking in the kitchen, to driving to and from work, and on and on and on – KSHE’s been with her through it all!

Five years ago Kim lost her job of 22 years to it being moved overseas, and she went back to school. It was the first time she ever stepped into college as a student and she was terrified! Every Sunday morning was spent doing homework and listening to the Klassics Show with the U-Man!

Because of KSHE, Kim has learned of so much great music that had passed her by in her younger years! And she loves the new music mixed in with the classics! She’s always asking friends if they’ve heard this or that new song that she heard on KSHE!

KSHE songs that get Kim through the day:

Kiss – Strutter; Ram Jam – Black Betty; April Wine – Roller; Sammy Hagar – Plain Jane; Van Halen – Jamie’s Cryin’; Heart – Straight On; Journey – Stone In Love; Bad Company – Good Lovin’ Gone Bad; Cheap Trick – She’s Tight
