Joe’s older brothers turned him on to KSHE in 1973 when he was just 6 years old! He has listened ever since and even influenced his daughter Kelsie’s music taste. She was Listener of the Day on November 26th. They love to rock out together.

Joe is currently part of the cast of El Monstero as a Cop thanks to his daughter Kelsie who was the make-up assistant for many years. He got to know Lern and Favazz personally through this.

Joe thinks it’s awesome how Lern harasses Uman in the mornings. He says it keeps him young, but don’t push him too hard because he doesn’t want to lose him. 

Joe loves KSHE’s loyalty to old rock n roll while still keeping the newer generation rock within broadcasting agendas. He says this is why KSHE is the oldest operating rock n roll station in the states! KSHE rocks like no other!
