Erik Harshman of St. Louis, MO joined the Real Rock Army today!
Erik likes that he never has to change his dial from KSHE. If classic rock is playing (which is his comfort music) or modern rock (and KSHE has turned him on to SO many bands), he can stay with the station the entire day
Erik says the KSHE Blood Drives means a lot to him. He says for the station to mobilize that many people to help their fellow man shows unbelievable goodwill and he respects that immensely
Erik is a high school English teacher (during the day), part-time college professor (at night) and part-time bartender (during the summers, because academia doesn’t pay enough to survive on)
Erik is also currently in school at UMSL to get his second Masters (because the first one put him into debt up to his eyeballs and it was worthless)
Erik goes to a lot of shows (everything from KSHE shows around town to small metal shows in smoky clubs to Powell Symphony Hall)
Erik is a writer and has a few things (obscurely) published
Erik say most of his time is spent exercising, reading, watching movies and hanging with friends
KSHE songs Erik wanted to hear today:
Mötley Crüe – Dr. Feelgood
Queen – Fat Bottomed Girls
REO Speedwagon – Time for Me to Fly
