Dan started listening to KSHE in 1967 on day 3 of KSHE’s existence! When he found KSHE he called all of his buddies to tell them!

Dan loves that KSHE still plays rock music with minimal interruption! When Dan was with the patrol, he would stop and chat with U-Man a lot. He’s likes that U-Man is still around!

Dan runs two web pages for Gibson Guitars as a hobby, is a moderator on the official Gibson Custom Shop forum and is considered one of the leading experts on chambered Les Paul guitars. Dan has been learning how to play guitar since 1963 and says he still can't play worth a crap. He also builds tube guitar amps from scratch.

Dan is also a ham radio operator and National Weather Service weather spotter. His radio license used to be K0SHE (pronounced K, zero, S H E)

Dan is a grandpa with two fantastic grandsons that are learning that KSHE is the place to listen for the greatest rock!
