Brent has been listening to KSHE since the mid 80s when he was in High School. His drafting teacher would play KSHE over the room speakers while the students worked on assignments.

Brent skipped school to go to the Right to Rock Rally in 1990. After, he was featured on the front page of the St. Louis Post Dispatch wearing the “Who’s Last” concert t-shirt! Somehow, he never got in trouble for it.
