Brandan DeShasier of White Hall, IL joined the Real Rock Army today!

Brandan likes the history of KSHE because of the DJs, the music, and the fact that the station has stayed true to the music format for so long
Brandan likes all the KSHE jocks, the contests, and the KSHE Klassic Show, and of course, Sweetmeat
Brandan has 3 boys. Zachary (25), Kenyon (21) and Kaleb (19) and a step-daughter, Courtney (29), all from a previous marriage
Brandan recently moved back to his home town. White Hall, better known as “White Hell.” He now lives with his beautiful girlfriend, Jennifer. They went to North Greene High together in the 80s. They hadn’t spoken to each other since 1986 after graduation. They both share the same demented sense of humor and she has a wonderful personality. He wishes they would’ve met again a lot sooner than they did, because she is a really great woman
Brandan noodles around some on the guitar. His son, Kenyon, also plays guitar and piano. Music was always in their household as it was in his house growing up. KSHE was always on and they would set the stereo speakers in the window and blast it while his two brothers, himself and their friends played football or baseball on their lot
Brandan’s older brother turned him on to KSHE when he was in 6th grade, so he’s been listening for about 30 years. In high school, he never missed Monday Night Metal
Brandan is into classic muscle cars. The one he wishes he never sold was a 1971 Chevelle. She was his favorite, but times got rough and he had babies and babies like to eat, so she had to go
Brandan likes working in the yard and worked for a landscape company in Springfield, IL for over 20 years installing brick patios, seat walls, and waterfalls
Brandan is also into Bud Light, the Tennessee Titans, the Cardinals and grilling anything in the back yard with the people that matter most
Brandan enjoys going to concerts, sitting on the front porch with a glass of ice tea enjoying good conversations and a having a lot of laughs + having their dog, Julius, and their rescued cat, TJ, running around in the yard
Brandan now works at WEAI 107.1 The Eagle/WLDS 1180am in Jacksonville, IL. He runs the soundboard and pushes commercials at the studio on WLDS for the live remotes at the local ball games
