I just can't help myself. After winning two bets against my morning show partner Lern, each of which forced her into bathing suits aganist her will, I've made a bet with fellow Emmis Communications employee Kevin Conrey. You may have heard him on the air occasionally, he's the kid that's always claiming to be my son. The eery thing is he does kind of look like me when I was his age but don't tell him that. You'll just egg him on and it's already getting out of hand. Anyway, he thinks the Blues are going to make it into the Stanley Cup Finals. I say they won't. The bet is, if they do make the Stanley Cup final series, I have to let him come into my house to eat dinner, watch golf with me and do things I'd do with my real son if I had one. If they don't make it to the final series, he has to come to my house and cut my lawn, which will take about 2 hours, and wash my car but will not be allowed inside, just as would be the case for someone who worked for me and wasn't my son.
