Live returns with new singer

Live has announced its return and the debut of the veteran band's new singer, Chris Shinn.

The group's new disc, The Turn, is its first since 2006 and will be released this fall.

A single has yet to be revealed from the band's eighth studio effort, which comes 20 years after Live's breakthrough sophomore effort, Throwing Copper.

The Turn will be released via Pledge Music, with 10 percent of all proceeds raised donated to Musicians on Call, which brings "music to the bedside of hospital patients that otherwise wouldn’t be able to experience it.”
