A man pretending to be Pink Floyd singer-guitarist David Gilmour racked up a $100,000 medical bill at a St. Cloud, Minnesota hospital.
Phillip Michael Schaffer told hospital employees that he was a member of Pink Floyd and even signed an autograph during his initial hospital treatment on April 20.
After he left, suspicious staffers compared security camera images of Schaffer to internet photos of Gilmour and realized that he was an imposter.
They flagged his medical chart and he was arrested when he returned to the hospital on April 24. Charges have not yet been filed against Schaffer. (St. Cloud Times)
